To create a custom workout, you'll need to use the option labeled Other in the list of workouts and then name that workout for later use. How to Add a Custom Workout on the Apple Watch
- Choose Other when choosing a workout type and start the workout in the usual way.
- When you've finished the workout, swipe right and tap End.
- Next, tap Name Workout.
- Select the workout type and then tap Done to save the workout
- This custom workout will be available from now on in the workout tracking options on your Apple Watch
Now your custom workout is ready to go!
